Crystal and her friends head to the dunes of Diamond Mountain for what promises to be a great spring break. A wrong turn leaves the seven college students stranded at the end of a deserted road with a flat tire and no spare. Jake decides to backtrack and flag down help while the others set up and wait for him to return. Miles away from the main road without cell service, they meet a rough looking drifter, Hector, who offers his assistance and joins the group while they wait.

When night falls and Jake still hasn’t returned, the group builds a fire. Concerned and impatient, they settle in and pass time drinking beer and telling stories as suspicion builds around Hector’s motives and exactly why he’s out in the desert.

Amy and Chase decide to leave the circle for some alone time just as Hector takes a walk. Chase returns and sends his buddy Devaughn out to play a prank on Amy. Worried when neither one return to camp, the group sets out to find their friends and discover a gruesome site. Certain Hector is responsible for their friend’s murders their only concern now is how to get back from spring break alive.
